watched “Friday The 13th” for 6bucks again
:D

as usual, i love horror/thriller movies!
cy’s sis keep warning her saying that the show is not nice and stuffs.
luckily we still watched it and after the show, we both agreed that it was nice!
the movie will keep you entertained thru out the 1hr 30mins approx, whether be it the sex scenes or the killer scenes.
haha.
the classic mask.

spoiler alert.and as usual, jason never dies!
i rmb when i was still small, in every Jason movies that i watched, Jason never dies and will always pop out again from the darkness and start killing people again.
*alert ends*
haha.
still rmb those days when its like 10pm+ in the night and me and my bro will stay infront of the TV to watch Killer Jason’s movies, and not forgetting the chinese 僵尸道长,or the 毛道长 where ppl escape been detected by the vampires by holding their breaths :D
haha.
those were the days.
after watching the movie, me and cy was on the way home and we started talking about ghostly encounters and stories.
then i was telling her that i read from the SPI forum that actually sembawang park is quite haunted and potianaks lives there.
the forum also noted that every year, there will be at least 2 deaths at the park.
and just recently, rmb the many colour strings from the crrab trap picture that i took on my previous few posts?
that day, me and cy went fishing at sembawang park at ard 11am+ 12pm.
then that day, i suddenly decided to go to the right side of the beach, where some uncles caught some big mud crabs to try out my new crab catching device.
then when we reach there we saw police sealed up some of the area with the police tapes and in the sealed up area was a object that looked like a human body been covered up with a white plastic bag.
and cy thinks that she even saw a pair of shoes popping out from the bag.
never think much, we just proceeded back to the jetty as the place was filled with anglers already.
then the next next day, my mum came into my room and asked me when did u went sembawang park to fish?
then i told her, is it the news report that got people die at sembawang park that day?
then true enough, a computer engineer commited suicide over there and there was no signs of him committing suicide at all.
here.
Okay, just a story to share, luckily i didnt went there earlier or i could’ve seen the body floating on the water –_-
Don’t thinking i’ll ever dare to fish there again.
Then i was telling cy about my army scary experiences.
Not say really ghostly la, but its just kind of scary.
. . . . .
WARNING, LONG WORDY POST.Here goes,
I was on my orderly duties with another sergeant, so 2 of us have to mend the entire company building.
Our company building is a old British building and i think if im not wrong its 80+ years old.
And it was a friday night and everyone booked out except us.
I still remember it was the Beijing Olympics Opening night and we were watching the flag bearers from different countries touring the beijing stadium.
Then my sergeant told me that the BOS(Battalion Orderly Sergeant) is gonna do some security inspection and we have to lock up all our bunks and rooms just incase, cause the BOS that night hated our company.
One of us had to look after the office, so i had to lock the doors alone.
The building is a 3 storey building and surrounding the corridor behind, is a patch of forest cum grassland.
The back corridor will be extremely dark whenever its at night.
So, i took the bunch of keys from the keypress and my god!
It was really a hell lot bunch of keys!

As it wasnt labelled nicely and correctly, i had to take the whole bunch up and try them one by one.
I started with the 2nd floor and it was where my bunk was.
It was pretty dark and i got some goosebumps already.
So i went find the power box to switch on the corridor lights.
All was fine.
Then i went to the 3rd floor.
It was pitched dark, except the very dim lights from the toilet.
The whole stretch of corridor was so intimidating, with doors and windows by my right when i was facing it.
It was getting scary, so i went back to my bunk to get my torch light and i went back to 3rd floor to find the power box, but suay, the corridor lights spoilt!
So i had no choice but to use my torch light to find the keyhole and to shine on the key labels and try the keys, one by one …
Can you imagine, its like a typical horror movie scene.
There’s a bunch of keys you have to try, and those that were wrong, i had to separate them, so i placed them on the floor, as my hands were already full of keys.
When i was trying to figure out which key is the right key, i felt an enormous weird feeling behind my back and i simply cant stop my goosebumps from growing the wind was blowing and the trees were swaying, making weird noises.
So, i quickly told myself not to think so much and just find the keys and lock them up.
Thank god there were lots of them which was already locked.
Finally, after completing my task, i was so relief to go back to my cosy, air-con office to continue watch my TV …
. . . . .
There was another story, a shorter one, don’t worry…
There was a day when only 3 of us from our platoon was on duty.
So, the night before, we had to book in and spend the night in our bunk.
So the only humans in the company would be the COS, orderly, the 3 of us and perhaps the COS and orderly for the next day.
Half way thru the night, i was awaken by some noise.
I was sleeping, facing the window and outside the window is our corridor.
It was very late already, at least 3am.
I heard the sound of slippers been dragged around, just outside my window.
And tinking that it was just some other people who just walked by, i ignore it.
But the slipper sound continued, and it was still coming from my window.
I was thinking should i get up and take a peep out the window to see who was making that irritating noise outside.
Then i was thinking better not, too lazy to get up, shld just ignore the noise.
Then i kept hearing the slipper sound and it seems like the person is walking and walking but the person just wont leave the area outside my window.
It was a repetitive action and it was all alone outside my window and its non-stop!
Soon i managed to went back to sleep.
The next morning, i asked my bunk mates whether they heard some ppl keep making noise with their slippers outside and they say they heard it too, and it keeps repeating and repeating and just wont go away.
And we asked around, nobody was walking around at that weird hour with their slippers and whats more, not walking past, but keep walking outside our bunk.
. . . . .
OKAY la, that was the 2 stories that was pretty scary that happened to me during my NS time.
Surprisingly, nothing much happened during our outfield days.
Not that i want to meet them la!!
But maybe cause i was all too tired and occupied with the training thus you wont even think much when you’re outfield.
I just rmb the stars at night at Tekong and the very ulu forest in singapore is very captivating :)
P/S :
The Swine Flu thingy is getting scary.
And i read about the spanish flu thingy way back in the 1910s whereby it killed 100million people and affected people globally.
Judging by the speed its spreading, where by 1000+ in mexico is fear of been confirmed infected and 100 deaths waiting to be confirmed.
The flu has already sprea to America, Europe and the Middle East(Israel just confirmed cases).
Soon, Asia will be next, maybe today?
Whats more, tourism and globalisation is causing the spreading of the flu, as compared to the olden days, whereby travelling is less often, it could be much worst today.
People might say the death or mortality rate of the flu might be low, say 10%? or even 1%?
But what if its a real pandemic coming and it super contagious like the Spanish Flu and it spreads like wild fire and a million is infected, what?
10% Mortality rate, 100k ppl will die, 1%, 10k ppl will die.
What's worst, the economy is bad enough, with the Flu thingy coming up, people will not travel, tourism affected, people dont go out and stays at home, restaurants and shopping malls will have no business.
Lets hope its not that worst. I dont want another SARS period.
Omg, this "P/S" is damn not, should change it to, "Pai Seh"
:(
I'm surprised i'm super naggy in this post.
Guess you guys will be bored reading and won't read every word.
Tell me if you really read everyword!
