day 2.

its the 2nd day of the chalet and we really needed some rest.

not that we mentally needed rest, but i guess my body, which is alrdy ridden with sore throat, needed some time for some sleep before we embark on our activities on day 2.

Went to grab some rest straight after i took the picture above.

And guangle was back, snapping pictures of us sleeping –_-

I wasnt really asleep by then and could hear the snapping sound of his DSLR camera. But i couldn’t be bothered to respond cause i was really trying to get to sleep, with the disturbance of the houseflies and occasional joggers-by.

I was all along only half-asleep la, cause of the stupid houseflies, keep bugging me non-stop.

But nonetheless, we gotten some good rest and it was soon nearly 9am!

The bicycles shops are opened already! cause we rmb walking past a bicycle shop last night and it says it open at 9am.

Took a picture of the morning ECP.

We rented bikes near the chalet area at a super value rate !

$10 for 9am-8pm!

Cause the person asked us what time we gonna stay till and we told him we gonna stay till night.
So he offered us this price for a normal bike, which is good enough for us to get around.

YY and guangle decided to bring us to kallang for some breakfast.

So YY lead the way and brought us all the way to Kallang Leisure Park. I just went there last weekend la, for the ice-skating thingy.

We parked our bikes at some railings before we’re off to explore KLP.

We had our brunch at Wang Cafe.
They have a meal exclusive at KLP, for a noodles set + toast + drink for $5.20!

Not bad not bad, for my fishball noddles.

Was very tempted to try out their laksa cause their gravy looks so thick and appetizing, but cant cause was having sore throat.

at 1pm, we went back to the chalet for the proposed chalet games.

initially, the games was like gonna get cancelled because there wasn’t much ppl and there wasnt much organisations of the games going on.

Then they finally got the bicycle game to work.

Which is to find stuffs like, Carl’s Jr serviette, Mcdonald’s Straw, 7-11 Recipe and stuffs. We had to find 4 out of 6 of the items, the rules is stated on the paper.

So, me gl, yy and zs participated and when the game started, we chiong on our bikes to get those stuffs.

Then went we came back with the items and they said no,

hmm so fast ah? hmm then i think you guys have to get 6 items then, or else if others come back with all 6 items, you, they’ll win the game.

What’s with all the twitching of the rules?

After hearing all this, most of us was like wth, so we got punked?

We felt pissed off and went on to meet up with wl, sf, sr and jl.

They rented some bikes and joined the original bikers gang.


Now we got like 8 of us!

We went on to bedok jetty, nicest place to take pictures at ECP la!

we asked a girl who was passing by to help us take a picture and guess what,

girl : hey you! i know you!
sf : huh. *gives a shock face*

girl : you from xinmin sec right.
sf : starting to look real shy

girl : you are my senior in NPCC la. i know you.
sf : *keeps smiling and trying to cover his reddish face*

LOL.

the girl was having his DSLR too, so we all guess she shld take good pictures.

after the photo, we wanted to cycle to changi village.

but half way thru, it suddenly looks like it was gonna rain anytime. the BBQ was also about to started, so we headed back.

On the way, we bought some sugarcane juice from the hawker beside the cable ski area.

Thats the way to enjoy a day at ECP man!

We then went for the BBQ and it was okay la. The food was okay, but there were lots of people. So it aren’t that filling. LOL
Okay, It wasn’t meant to be filling but it was already hard enough for u to get close to the pit so most of us gave up and sat and a corner.

Then we got bored again cause ppl started doing their own things again. So we decided to go cycling again!

And of course, photo taking.

Haha, half way thru the timer, guangle’s cam started to take pictures, so we were still in a half-shocked manner.

It was 5:33pm by then, so the sun was setting and there was this weird phenomenon that we spotted!

It looks like as if something descended from heaven, or that if you go under the lights, you’ll find a path towards it.
