went to watch "stay connected" on thursday's nites out with my army mates.
wanted to watch it on tuesday's nites out but we reached amk hub too late for the movie :(
a nice action movie.
fully-packed with actions throughout the movie so you most probably wont get bored watching it.
whats more theres barbie hsu inside!
pretty, just like a real-living barbie doll. no wonder shes called barbie hsu.
love her acting inside the movie.
can really feel the anxiety from her.
ok, maybe im a bit biased.
i would recommend you to watch this movie and also "eagle eyes" if you like action movies.
next up, went to watch "20th century boys" at cineleisure today with alvin, meng yeow and fangwei.
this movie is real boring.
luckily i didnt fall asleep and fall off the chair altho the movie was from 11:50am all the way till 2am+.
alvin read the manga version of this movie and he gave me a prelude before we watched it.
luckily he gave me tat, or else, i wouldnt have knew what the whole movie was about.
the whole movie was in a mess and they kept jumping scenes from child-hood to present days to other scenes and stuffs. making it very very messy for someone who doesnt read the manga and know shit abt the story.
whats more many parts in the movie is illogical.
i was expecting the movie to be like deathnote or kindaichi type that shows the viewer how the people inside the movie plays with logic.
like how the deathnote guy kill people and at the same time, making sure nobody finds him out and nab him. and of course how kindaichi solves the different cases with many linked logics.
this movie simply leave me with many "???"
and they say they beat deathnote's records in japan.
the movie ended with a abrupt, "
to be continued ..."
yucks. first time i leave the cinema feeling so lost and thinking that i wasted my $10 and this is one of the worst movie i've ever seen.
P/S : if there is any "20th century boys" manga fans out there. this is my personal comments, i have no choice but to say, i still think the movie kinda sucks.
But for those who didnt read the manga and enjoyed the movie, leave a msg and enlighten me pls!
after the movie, we took
NR2 home.
love
NR2, coz it brings me to practically my doorstep and also to lily's doorstep.
so convenient!
