ITS SO LATE ALREADY AND I HAVEN HAD MY LUNCH.
and so, i went to the kitchen to search for some food :(
and i found all this.
haha. my family is a fan of
出前一丁. or shld i say, my brother and i are both fans of 出前一丁.
didnt want the conventional soup-based instant noodles because i already drank alot of soup from ytd's steamboat already!
whats more i went home and theres lotus root soup cooked by my mum.
got super tired of soup-based thing.
so i thought of frying some noodles!
then i went to browse the fridge to see what i can cook to go along with my fried noodles.
...
i saw eggs :D
my favourite.
took out 2.
bacons! no matter how you cook them, they are still tasty-as-ever!
cabbage, to kill the greasiness! and to add some
greens to my noodles.
and some garlic, i choped them myself okay! not some readily made mashed garlic or what.
so, i started with frying 2 sunny-side up to get my extra protein.
beautiful sunny-side-up right!?
then i fried the bacons.
lol, the bacons looked like char siew from this pic.
next i boil the instant noodles, i used 2 packets of the sesame oil flavour
出前一丁.kiasu la, was quite hungry by then.
rmb, you
must not boil the noodles for too long.
just boil until they sort of dismantle from the cube form they were from and when they turned softer.
or else, you will be eating chunks noodles rather than strands of them!
then, i rinsed them through cold water, dunno if this step works for instant noodles, but my noodles were easier to fry(they dont stick together so easily) compared to my last attempt at this.
NOW ITS THE FRYING TIME!throw in the sesame oil from 出前一丁throw in the garlic.
throw in the noodles
throw in the cabbage.
throw in the seasoning pack from
出前一丁(one and 1/3 packet will do. rmb, you are not cooking the soup version!)
okay pls do no really "throw" them in or you will see garlic and cabbage flying all around your kitchen.
Looks nice right!?
The finished product! Not bad right?
Haha!
The cabbage really made it look more appetising.
noodles i fried by myself, bacon+ egg and ice lemon tea.
its the
BEST LUNCH i can get myself without stepping out of my house.
And been the responsible young adult, i had to clean up my own mess.
