My life is in a rush these few days, or i can say, for the rest of the week already.

I just completed my eng mod oral presentation slides.

I still got a SEA readings presentation and i haven’t even settle on which reading to present, and its on tuesday!

I got another full eng essay to handin on thurs and i haven started yet.

The NewMedia project our group haven even finalise the questions and we need to hand in the survey questions + completed surveys by wednesday!

I have 2 tutorials due on friday which luckily, i’m left with only 1 question on one of the tutorial.

Not to mention the many over-dued readings + lectures that i don’t understand that need to be revised.

ROARR.

Last saturday was really nice, late-night shopping of 年货 with my mum at the NTUC at sun plaza which extended their opening hours to 12am.

LOVE to do that every CNY, cause i get to choose my favourite chinese new year cookies and drinks and steamboat ingredients.

And i didn’t buy pineapple tarts!

Cause i thought i’ll have the time to bake.

Judging by the workload this coming week, i’ll absolutely not be free from monday-friday(friday night watching The Valentine’s movie with the clique)

Saturday is impossible for me to bake la, its 除夕 and my mum will certainly need the space to prepare the steamboat stuffs~

I’m so craving for pineapple tartsssssss.


Last saturday was again, spent mugging at SMU.

Nono, this is not SMU or NLB.

It’s SOTA(if you manage to spot that gold printed wordings in the pic), School of the Arts.

Very pretty building, it wasn’t even half of this prettiness when it was like about 1month ago ?

Deliciously looking and also, yummylicious “Katong Laksa” ( they call it katong laksa, i cant confirm whether its the authentic one but it did taste pretty good) from Plaza Sing.





Sunday went shopping with shaofeng.

Been a long time since i last met him, especially shopping!

Oh my its so nice to be shopping with just a couple of close friends.

You get to have the time to try out the clothes and of course, with the great company of your friends.


See how flooded bugis was, those people were literally on the edge of the traffic island la, such a dangerous sight.

we deicded to visit iluma first thru the iluma bridge and managed to avoid that crowd.






i found out that iluma was actually quite good to shop, the graphic tees were quite nice and were going for 18bucks each, or 3 for 45bucks.

But i bought a shirt from another shop which the cuttings were suitable for skinny ppl like me and i think it looks pretty good on me, and my friend said so too k!





wee excited~

cause i rarely find shirts that i look good in.

i always buy shirt on impulse because everybody is wearing them and looks great in them.

after that i realised not everyone look nice in shirt, and that include me, okay at least i dont look nice in MOST of the shirts.

i’ll either look like an uncle wearing a normal shirt from hangten or i’ll look 15years older and look really dull in it.


we went to bugis village and it was too crowded and all the clothes were so ahbeng-ish.

I don’t understand whats the trend for this year’s CNY, it seems to me that every shop is selling 60% of ahbeng-ish stuffs.

You will understand me straight away when you go to bugis junction/bugis village.



we decided to proceed on to orchard.

on our way to orchard.

there’s this PRC that approached us and asked if we could speak chinese and she said she is from the modelling agency and handed us her namecard.

she said she thinks that both me and my friend look pretty good to be models for their agency and asked for our numbers.

HAHA.

what a joke.

i look around bugis and there are like tons of people who are better looking than me and my friend, and i was dressed quite shabbily lor.

think i dunno what they are up to, they ask you to go to their agency, then they ask you to get a portfolio so that companies can see whether they wanna hire you for events.

then they charge you for the portfolios and BOOOO!

they disappear and perhaps will say nobody wana hire you when they saw your “portfolio” and there, you got CHEATED!

I’M NOT SO DUMBBBBB!

I must persevere for this coming week!

Cause there will be CNY and Stefanie Sun on 初三 to look forward to!
