People often say that, when a guy ask a girl, or vice versa, what the other party is doing, most of the time, the former is interested in the latter, that’s why he/she will be interested to know what he/she is doing.

But i dont agree with this!

I often use this phrase “What you doing now?”

Just to kaypo people or maybe when i dunno how to continue the conversation or when i wanna change topic.

Okay i admit it’s quite a random thought, but i just nice thought of it so i guess i’ll just pen it down, okay type it down i mean.


There are many occasions whereby when i am outside, i suddenly had the urge to blog about somethings, but when i’m at home, i lost the steam to do it…


Random rants aside, there’s one thing that i so wanna blog about and i’ve not lost the steam to do it!

I’ve got really irresponsible sch mates!

Yea NUS studentsss!

There’s this used-textbooks forum in my sch’s online portal and students can post bks that they wanna sell on that forum.




Case 1 :

I was selling my sociology TB and the condition of the TB wasn’t very good, i mentioned that in the forum too and i decided to sell it 20bucks with a free coursepack.

Then got a person msged me and asked if she(i assume its a she, acts cute in the sms) can get only the TB and at what price.

i thought for a while and quoted her 15bucks. Normally people selling 28bucks like this one for better condition books.

Then she still wanna bargain, she replied 14bucks can anot?

Then i thought again, okay la, since my TB not very good condition also, just sell cheaper lor.

She said she has no sch on wed and thurs and then can only meet on friday, then i told her i can meet anytime before 2pm and after 4pm.

Then she said the timing cfm again on friday.

Okay fine, i thought, so i replied, Cya on friday bla bla.

So it’s cfm alrdy right.

Then on thurs, i msged her ask her what time to meet for tml.

GUESS WHAT!

she replied, “ehh i dropped my that module alrdy, so i not getting from you the tb.”

LIKE WTH.

didn’t even sms me or what that she dont want alrdy and i had to ask her myself and it’s thurs alrdy, i wasted 2 days not hunting for a new buyer!

WTH

you are a uni undergraduate alrdy and you don’t have that minimal EQ to inform someone that you have agreed to buy the TB with that you are dropping your module alrdy!?

and wth, if you didn’t even confirm that module in the first place, WHY THE HELL DID YOU EVEN WENT TO FIND THE FUKING TB!!!!

oh my 我越 type 越 agitated!


Case 2 :

This guy is even more weirddd.

Been posting and posting on the forum many times, and previously he promised to sell my friend for 32bucks.

Then i saw the advertisement again and i msged him, didn’t know he was the seller for my friend’s tb.

Then he said “ got ppl offer me 32bucks alrdy” i was asking for 32 bucks, he is selling for 33bucks.

I was thinking, so he promised my friend that he’s selling the bk to her alrdy and now he’s trying to open out his book again for bidding!?

Weird thing is, our other friend smsed him to ask if he still have the book, he said yes and hes trying to help his friend sell.

Weird weird weird thing is, he just msged both of my friend that hes not selling alrdy because hes friend dont wanna sell alrdy.

Now he still haven msg me that hes cancelling the sale, maybe cause i’m offering 33bucks?

Okay now we still dunno whether he’s lying he having friends wanna sell their tbs too.

But the key thing here is, IF THAT FRIEND DIDN”T WANNA SELL, WHY ACCEPT IN THE FIRST PLACE!

FREAK.

I hate this type of people, once they are not binded by any contracts and once they can hide behind their freaking laptops and behind their IDs on the sch’s forum, they think they can forget all about their EQs.

This sucks.


Some points to note if you happen to be buying or selling your TB in that used-TB-forum!

1. Check carefully, the editions, the conditions, the author, whatever shit that you want for that TB, double-check, if the information is not stated in the forum post, sms the person and ask him/her!

2. Make sure that you seriously want to buy/sell the TB before you even sms the person. (Not like when you are considering whether to drop/cont with that module)

3. If you have arranged for a time and place to meet with the buyer/seller, it’s a form of confirmation alrdy, stop going to the forum to find better offers or what, that’s something very unethical to do.

Okay basically that’s all, got me fuming when i was typing all this.
