baked Cheese Cake!
sifted flour.
whipped cream + cream cheese.

baked some Layered Egg Tarts the other day.
meaning, the tart part is those layered, 酥皮type and not those biscuit type.
its much more challenging cause you have to prepare 2 different type of dough and you have to roll them out correctly to get the layered texture, something like making a croissant.
filtering the egg custard.
the outer dough skin.
The taste was superb!
Although the texture could be better.
But i simply love the tart skin, the layered type.
Custard was just nice, fragrant and sweet.
Both the skin and the custard goes so well together …
Egg tarts lovers and bakers must try this out …!
P/S : I’m so gonna bake this again!
