ARGH.

this is just gonna be a short post of me ranting abt the IT show.

i'm getting fed up on the 2nd day as i encountered more unreasonable customers today.


The top no.1 most irritating customers are those that goes,

"Yea i know i know, you understand what i'm trying to tell you?"

WTH, if you know all this answers to the questions that you just asked, why did u even bother asking!?

Sometimes they just dont wanna admit that they are lacking in the knowledge of of product and si yao mian zi must act like " Ya, actually i know"

Here a example i got for today.

Me : For your case you are currently not using our service, so you have to purchase a modem from us.

Customer(Who has a singnet broadband) : "Yea I KNOW I KNOW(in a irritating tone as if i'm asking him to do a stupid act by buying the modem), i have the modem which is 5 years old"

Me : " May i know when you gotten the modem ?" (Since he doesn't have our broadband)

Customer : I gotten it from singnet.

Me : WTH. Singnet modem and our cable modem is totally different. (Of course i didnt said that to the customer...)

DOn't act like you know everything and assume when you actually dunno everything.

And when you ask us questions, pls appreciate our help by saying a thank you.

We will be very very grateful and surely we will always return the "Thank you" with a "Welcome".

The sad thing is, my observation, even those that seems to be more educated, they doesn't seem to have the basic habit of saying "thank you"

EVen after we have spoken to him for like the past 10mins explaining to him in details, the Maxmobile, Maxonline,Cable TV and mobile line.(they can have 1001 different questions)

They just walk away after we've answered their questions.

OKAY theres like so many more cases of irritating customers.

Shall stop ranting here, just hope that i'll not be seeing such ppl again for tml and sun!
