烦死了!
i’m currently very vexed over the baking of pineapple tarts for this CNY.
And if i’m really gonna bake, should i use readily-made pineapple paste or should i make my own paste.
And should i use fresh pineapples or canned pineapples.
Canned pineapples are more expensive but using fresh pineapples is definitely more of a hassle.
Should i bake tarts(凤梨挞) ?
The recipe to follow is another irritating issue.
To follow the one in the magazine, or the ones i found online, or get some 祖传秘方 from my friends? (JL & peiqing, i’m refering to you guys :D haha.)
Lastly, the date to buy the materials needed and to bake, have to accommodate me and my mum.
I guess we should organize a trial session first, to bake some tarts to try first before we embark on a large scale one. Hmm~

On a side-note, i just receieved a unknown call on my handphone while i was blogging this post and it happens to be my BMT platoon mate.
I nearly forgotten who was that when he said his name.
I guess all of us didn’t have much time to contact each other and organize meet-ups ever since our BMT.
He called to inform me about a BMT outing on 7 Feb @ Sentosa.
Still haven decide on whether i’m going for the gathering.
Wonder who confirmed their attendance already.
This phone call really caught me by surprise
