its been a long time since i seriously put time into exercising.

its time i go back into gyming, swimming and running regularly to keep myself fit.

i can feel that my shape is going off-shape liao!


today, after the tanning session with zs, we saw some 太阳花 outside yishun swimming complex.

i’ve long wanted to buy a pot of this after looking at zs’s blog post on this plant that his mother brought home.

this little flowers bloom in the morning and every different day, different flowers will bloom.

by night time, all the flowers will wither and the pot of plant will be bald, with no flowers.

Okay, back to the swimming pool thingy.

so zs saw a whole bunch of them and suggested that we pluck it so i can bring them home!

lol!

i like the red flower ones so we plucked a few stalks from there.

argh! i sort of regretted not plucking some other mixture of colours …

but we only had limited time as we are doing something "illegal"!



now, the plants are sitting in my house’s flower pot.

hopefully they will survive and bloom some flowers soon! :)
