Okay … I know that my last few post has been rather emotional.

So today, i’m gonna blog about something that’s HAPPY.


ESCAPE THEME PARK.

4 tickets for the four of us to celebrate zj’s bday at escape.

first greeted by the Halloween-theme entrance!

not much pictures was taken before we play the rides as my camera was locked in the locker.

notice that we are all super drenched?!

no! we didn’t bath la.

we played …

bumber boat

and wet and wild. the ride ends with a splash of water onto your vehicle/log car or whatever. this freak is 5 storey high!

and no one else in the park got as drenched as us i believe –_-.

when kl and yb was changing in the ladies, we saw this.

this is not bad also.

haha. this is the most relaxed ride of all. we almost fell asleep when we were on this ride. the cooling breeze and the turnings made us feel drowsy.

Flippers! very fun ride! but the duration is too short :(

night time arrived and here comes the Halloween Party!!

first on the list, we got Mr.Mummy.

and he wanted to hack my head off. :X

this lady over here is damn scary la.
when i wanted to approach her to take a photo with us, i thought her back was facing me so i went straight up to her and then i realised that she was already facing me!! Her hair totally covered her face la. Give me a shock when i saw that face of hers.

Lol.

wah this devil woman damn “dao”.

i asked her to help us take a photo of us with another ghost. then she give me a weird expression and wanted to stab me with her red giant fork.

haha the lady on the right can act really well lor.

when i first saw her, she was patiently standing at one corner dunno doing what.

then when you talk to her she will slowly take her time to turn.

haha damn real la.

the mummy got not-so-popular at the end and he wanted to seek some attention by standing at the centre and staying still.

but in the end nobody dared to approach him also.

oops! yubin conquered the god of deaths!

we were trying to snap a picture of the entrance area and this clown is damn playful la!

suddenly pop out from behind and joined us in this picture. haha.

remember the first few pictures of the day time of ESCAPE entrance?

it looked like this in the night!

the atmosphere was so good la. all the ghosts, demons and monsters walking around.

they’ve got dozens of them walking around la.

i think the Halloween part is like the climax of today’s escape theme park outing la.

And we were lucky cause the Halloween special thing is only on from 31 Oct to 1 Nov.

Escape Theme Park on itself is quite boring …

With pirate ship and rainbow machine down.

And the family coaster is like damn small la. Its only about the size of 2 badminton courts? And its not even 1 storey high.

Ferris wheel is like only 1.5storey high?

And you have to queue like hell to take one ride.

For the Go Kart! Advance Track, its super fun la to drive and overtake people :X
And i overtake until i langga with yubin’s vehicle. Haha.

But guess what, the queue time is 1hour!

We were all super shag at the end of the day all because of the queuing and waiting lor.

Guess i’ll never visit Escape again. Saw a few ang mohs today and i guess they must be thinking what a lousy theme park Singapore has.

Wild Wild Wet is even funnier lor.

After Escape, we went on to White Sands for our dinner.

We were damn hungry la as we didn’t eat much for lunch.


Went to Wan Chai Cafe to eat.

their Ice Milk Tea cost $3.

but its very special cause they add a vanilla ice-cream on top of the milk tea.

and the taste goes well!

spoon off a bit of the ice-cream and dip and couple them with milk tea and they taste like milk tea ice-cream!

isnt it great to have milk tea ice-cream.

some companies shld invent this! think this idea will surely make big money. :X

our dinner. they came in quite big servings.

zj ordered fried shrimp dumplings. the wanton skin is nice and they have a shrimp in each of the dumplings.

this is then the authentic hongkong dumplings as i remembered my tour guide in hk told me that in hk, if you dont find a whole shrimp inside your wanton, its not called wanton and you can ask the boss over and question him about that. and the tour guide also mention he was quite shocked to see wantons here without shrimps when he came to singapore for his holidays

today was my lucky days with cute little kids.

on the way to pasir ris this morning, on bus 39, a cute little girl was sitting in front of me and she kept staring and me. then i was chewing on some bubble gums so i decided to blow bubbles and impress the little girl. and she was really quite amazed and she started imitating my actions by pouting her lips and trying to inflate some invisible bubble gums from her mouth. then throughout the 30mins journey, she kept looking at my until i even felt quite awkward at some times ...

then came this girl when we were having our dinner.
her brother and she was damn cute laa. both of them was like trying to catch our attention by hiding behind the platform separating the seats and then poping their heads out to see if we could find them. lol.
then half way the little girl was looking at me then i made faces at her and she made faces back at me! haha. damn cute la then i quickly took my camera and snapped this picture of her.
her mum saw what i was doing and smiled back at us.

For the 4 of us.

Then came the birthday surprise!

We brought out the cake when zj was withdrawing money from the ATM, just 6metres away from where we were seated.

As we saw that zj has finished withdrawing his money, we sent yb over to delay her.

And yb’s method was damn funny la.

yb made zj face the atm by asking him stupid questions like,

yb : Where to deposit money huh?
yb : Those that deposit money can update your account book?
yb : Which one is the atm huh?

Bla bla. all sorts of stupid questions that you normally wont ask.
And zj even replied every questions that she asked!

Luckily he did that, or else we wont have enough time to take the cake and candles out and get them lighted.

zj’s birthday present! which i personally think is very very nice.

the size that we choosed fits him nicely :)

and the jacket looks good on me too! was quite tempted to get it for myself. haha.

that’s all for the day, took bus 39 back to yishun with kl.

P/S : Think its kinda great to release some steam by visiting the theme park. Felt better after taking the thrill rides and i had fun today.
