i personally think that the exhibitions at Cityhall and at South Beach Development is quite interesting!

saw the photos of the exhibitions from this person's blog .

looks not bad right?

. . . . .

super suay today lah.

i fell down near my house when i was heading to NUS.

i was walking on the pavement leading from my hse to sembawang mrt.
then there was a mother with her child in front of me.
the child was walking quite slowly so i wanted to overtake her.

the funny thing is, seeing that i wanna overtake the child, the mother went over to the child's left side, trying to be a human shield as if i will not see the child and ill knock onto the child.

therefore, i was kinda forced to take the right-hand side route which was the grasspatch. then on the grasspatch there are some moss-like stuffs growing on the soil and i stepped on it, slipped and fall with one of my knees(obviously the left knee) landing on the pavement.

arhh!

i was quite shocked at that moment. i quickly got up and thinking its super paiseh, with the mother and child beside me, equally shocked.
i was still carrying my laptop and a bag with me orh.
luckily the laptop bag was sturdy enough, or else i would've smashed my lappy.

i then continued to walk for quite a distance before i felt that the pain was quite strong and i took a peek at my knee and it was bloody and shiny lor.

WARNING, GORE SCENES.

this is the photo of my wound after i reached home and the wound sort of dried up.

can u see the remains of the moss on my leg. and that red dot on my thumb was also part of the cut that i gotten from the fall. and my thumb's nail was scraped off a bit.

looking at the wound, i thought that i needed some bandage. so i quickly walked to sun plaza, hopefully nobody sees my bloody knee and i rushed into watson to buy some bandages.

i gotten one for $6.55. It says 5cm x 6.5cm and when i open the package, the bandage area is only about a 50cents coin size big, the rest of it was the adhesive part.

Sucks!

so i tried using 3 altogether, to fit onto my wound.
then i tried to stick it on my wound but it just wont stick.
so i gave up and went to take a cab as my knee was hurting and i dont wanna take the squeezy mrt with a bloody knee.

cost me freaking $22bucks for the ride to NUS.
expensive la! but no choice! this stupid fall cost me a total of nearly $30 bucks.

Then i went to meet up with yb and kaili at the central library and they got me mineral water to clean my wound and soon after, zj came and he helped to use tissue to wipe clean my wound and then try to apply the bandage which im left with only 2 pieces. (i wasted 3 pieces previously)

On the way to NUS on the cab, i read the instructional manual and found out that i have to remove the plastic sheet at the other side of the adhesive part in order for the bandage to become completely adhesive.

so zj bandaged my legs while the girls go screaming " oh my god so bloody! so scarry!!"
haha.

okay then that marks the end of my suayness.

but here comes another person's suayness.

we saw a girl trip onto one of the steps at central library, which camouflages itself well againist the normal flooring. kl and yb was telling us that this is a danger area and many ppl nearly fell down at these steps. unlike other parts of NUS where they will paint the edge of the steps yellow.

so this girl slipped and fall like what i did and was limping, in pain, thru a distance and she went to rest near a pillar, before continuing on her journey.

:(

suayness. but still a happy and painful day!

still have ACCT(advance close combat training) next week.
pray hard that ill recover soon :(
