This is my 2nd try on chocolate chip cookies!
Me and fangwei busy mixing the ingredients.
beat the butter + sugar until they turn creamy!
creamy enuff?
fold in the flour.
add in the chocolate chips! nicey. looks like ice-creams.
found this funny text on the packaging of the chocolate chips that i bought from Redman.
make them into walnut shape. oops. looks like this walnut is too big.
my first batch of cookies having their sauna session in the oven.
TADDAA!
the first batch of cookies is out!
looks yummy :P
now we try out the bite-sized cookies. just like those u buy from famous amos.
turns out super nice!
caiyu added extra chocolate chips onto the cookies.
this is after the chocolate chips batch. without the extra chocolate chips.
still taste good!
the bite-sized cookies really taste like those u get from famous amos ah!
me and caiyu was saying that famous amos is overcharging us for their cookies!
just by using 220g of flour, 180g of butter, 2eggs and bla bla.
we managed to bake this amount of cookies!
haha. i got the top and bottom container to myself cause i provided the ingredient and the place mah.
fangwei and caiyu got the middle 2 containers.
the amount of baking papers that we used.
the grease-proof baking paper that i bought was not grease-proof -_-.
oh btw i finally found the baking papers from yishun NTUC outlet.
