was reading this book during guardduty last week.
"Tim Burton's The Melancholy Death of Oyster Boy"and
"Guy Browning's Never Hit A Jellyfish With A Spade"The Oyster boy book is quite a "lame" book.
its full of black humours and it portrays what are the different problems tat the youths nowadays are facing. in a rather comical and simple way.
they have many many
short stories.
hmm.
i shldnt call them stories coz
some of the titles inside are not even a page full. and they often end abruptly.
The Jellyfish book is filled with short stories.
With many
"How to ... ______" stories inside.
i like the way the author writes.
i love his sense of humour in which he can describes simple taskings in his own words and thus making this topic which might seem boring, amazingly interesting :)
heres a quote from the book.
from the title
"How to ... see a doctor?"
"Before you get to see the doctor you
generally have to sit in the waiting room. After fifty mins you discover the
reason behind the term 'patient'. "
Haha.
love the sarcastism.
