gonna make it a meaningful one.
wat a long time i didnt login to blog, since 1st day of 2008, almost one month alrdy.

couldnt find a topic, or rather, the time and mood to blog ~_~
Been busy with army stuffs in camp and trying to pack my weekends with stuffs to fully utilise them.
ending up, not having enuff time at home and also, some personal time with myself

i believe everyone needs their own personal time with urself. so tat u can evaluate wat is happening ard u, the past few weeks, days, or even mths.
sometimes u just feel so tired of entertaining interacting with ppl.

sometimes, reading a magazine on my cosy bed in late midnight, waiting to fall asleep is a luxurious thing to do. coz we army guys have limited weekends, every sec is precious.



okay la heres a summary of wat i've did during the last few moments of 2007 and the begining of 2008.

haha. dun be afraid. sorry for giving u guys a fright when cny's approaching. its fw's punishment for losing the 躲猫猫game on his birthday!
haha it was damn fun, we created 疑点s like , painting the coke bottle black, and emptying the coke inside, making it seem full. putting a emptied egg in my fridge, editing a No-Smoking sign become Smoking sign, and naming my money plant cauliflower with a ice-cream stick. and the list goes on. he could only find like 5 out of 8 and mostly are given lots of clues.

next event, the countdown!

didnt really planned to countdown. yb said ss suddenly asked for a countdown and k, we just said SURE! and we as usual, pulled pkl with us. ahha.haa
ss,me,yb,pkl,ss's fren. oops. we took tis photo at harbourfront mall's carpark. as the vivio's roofgarden simply have no gd view of the stage performance there. at least at the carpark we could see the screen and the fireworks on going at esplanade there. haha. better than nth ;)

lily's bday celebration @ thai restaurant northpoint.

her bday present, coupled with a flower('frens forever' writings on it) skullish keychain(which surprisingly she loved the most ~_~) and this nicely wrapped surprise gift below!

not those v.exp type arh. but at least i think it smells nice. and its the nicest gift tat i've ever wrapped lor. look at the pattern. first time doing those wrapping patterns. ask kl and yb and u will know wat the present tat i wrap usually turns out into. lily shld be grateful for tis !

nice meal! favourite is the hotplate beancurd! yum yum. love the layer of eggs covering the plate's surface. tomyam soup is thrilling too~

movie outing with the army guys!

AVP 2! yohoo! violent/horror movies are my favourite. but prefers the latter.
kk before we had a meal we grabbed our bits at food republic at wisma and took some photos.


a total of 8 of us went for the movie O_O. yy's finally willing to bring her gf out for our outing. shes damn skinny arh. same as yy! haha they look like 2 chopsticks walking together. oops :X

im back to T3 again! main mission is actually to fetch xiaoxin back from china after 4mths of overseas exchange, or rather holidaying!(she seems so carefree there, always shopping and touring ard china)

kk just took a picture witht his dunno-wat-also thingy. but its cute i must say. haha. like the sweet-potatoe tat i got as my handphone strap.

nice weather at tat time. skytrain track to T2 and T1.

caiyu pushing the disabled alvin, coupled with tons on stuffs tat we placed on the trolley. many eyes were looking at tat time! but who cares. lol. so long as we have fun. haa.


at T2 arrival hall, tats where i just came out from when i visited HK! lol. almost same belt tat i collected my luaggage too. belt 36, i was belt 37 or so.


we waited long and long and the LCD screen long ago showed tat SQ861 had already landed and tons of ppl are already collecting their luaggage at the belt alrdy and theres still no sign of xx!

we tried alot of time to spot xx but were wrong many-a-times.
finally, fangwei did the job! he spotted xx wearing a green-top.
we waved, and she waved back. hahaha. we were so high lor, i was jumping alrdy. lol.
it just feels high to see a fren coming back from a faraway place and i could still rmb 4mths ago we were still sending her off, buying her farewell gifts and stuffs.

and i hope soon, me kl, yb and zj will be doing this to bev too. when she comes back from aussie tis year-end?

btw bevv! tell us when ur leaving???

ohh ya forgot to mention tat we managed to find xx even b4 her family came! and our visit was meant to be a surprise! caiyu called xx's mum to ask for the flight details and we went there to surprise her. could see tat xx was quite shocked and of course, HAPPY! haha. it was really a happy happy happy moment, seeing family, loved ones,(xx's bf) and friends, (us) all reunioned with xx. haha.

steamboat session to celebrate xx's return!

omg its really a sumptous steamboat lor.
a total of 6 of us met up to buy the ingredients @ NTUC.
we bought lots of food.
everyone helped out abit by abit to put this steamboat to a success.
only thing is the amount and usefullness of the "help"
haha.
i really think xx and weiyang will make a gd husband/ wife when they get married.
all skilled in home-making skills, just like me. haha. nt like tat caiyu and alvin.

soup-base, copied wat my mum did, ikan-bilis + soyabean boiled soup. coupled with red dates and 枸杞 for tat xtra sweetness

see for urself, this is wat we ate, for seven souls, alvin, fangwei, weiboon, xiaoxin, caiyu, weiyang and me.
let me summarise,
we bought, tao pok, lots of veggies, corn, hotdogs, lots of mushrooms, fish cakes, fish balls, meatballs, prawns, pork, chicken,fish,quail eggs, fake abalones(tastes nice! everyone agreed buy it from NTUC, made in taiwan only cost ard $8? if i nv rmb wrongly.) waxed duck leg. haha.weiyang's favourite.
my most treasured few. its amazing how we can still have a steamboat meal, after like nearly 3 years since we graduated from secondary school. and nt forgetting tat we've known each other for 7 years o.o...
i guess tats wat many of my teachers told me, the older u get, meaning when u get from secondary->jc->uni. the amt of true-frens tat u get will also diminish.
my teacher even did his counting and during uni, he only had like 1-2 close frens.
and im happy tat i have so many, in my secondary sch days.

my besties in secondary sch - weiyang, xiaoxin, caiyu, liying, alvin, fangwei, mengyeow, sokleng etc..
lets continue keeping in touch coz we've comed so far!!


i very much agree with the saying, "when the silence between 2 person is not felt awkward, true-frenship is present"
