Finally! after like 3 hours and 30mins, we arrived at HK airport! this is the 2nd time i've arrived here, the previous becoz i transit at HK to go taiwan~ woohoo.
On the way to my hotel at kowloon, we passed by this nice bridge :D in the end it became my photography ingredient.

the first nite tat we arrived at HK, we were given a choice by the tour guide. to join a night tour at victoria peak, Madame Tussauds wax museum, 兰桂坊，女人街. or to shop at ur own around ur hotel. the former being a more fufilling schedule, we choosed the latter! i guess those places are a most go when u visit HK o.O

Next day morning, the 2nd day in HK. we went to repulse bay! its one of the only few beach in HK?
very deserted at tat time coz it was rather cold and no okay-minded souls will wan to swim in tat weather, nor are there any sun for tanning sessions.
i found tis little abadonded turtle on the beach drawn using sand and outlined by bigger pebbles~ nice! hongkongers are artistic. hah.
after a morning of touring HK, we are off to shenzhen, china!
we bought train tickets @ 红勘 station and proceeded to shenzhen!
we alighted at 罗湖station which is the custom station seperating HK and china!
within 45mins, we've reach the custom!
the remaining of the 2nd day in shenzhen was spent by us free-n-easy! reconmended by many(xiaoxin and the touragent in SG) we decided to try shenzhen's MTR to 东门街/步行街 despite the tour guide advicing taking a taxi.

it was damn easy la from the custom station. the minute u walk out from china custom, the MTR station is there and u just take it to the 3rd stop, 老街站,its 8RMB for 4 ppl, meaning 1 person 2 RMB, and 40cents singapore money.
the minute u walk out of 老街站, its 东门街 alrdy. and the place is damn big arh. so many streets to walk and so many colourful shopping centres around. we didnt even have much time to shop the shopp malls coz the streets were too attractive. haha. DVDs for 3-4bucks. i bought 黑糖玛琪朵and 换换爱~ the packaging is nice one lor. not pirated too. sports shoes for wat? 5bucks!? so cheapppp! although they are fakes, but they look super real arh. things are simply too cheap there! hahahah. i couldn't believe the price initially and keep counting between RMB and SGD. haha. and our dinner at a nearby restaurant at our hotel was also super cheap. a japanese hotpot, those solely for one person one only cost us 6SGD. we really keep counting to see if we counted wrongly lor. coz its the first thing tat we paid for in china. hah. and the servings are generous lor. not stingy one. hah.

i didnt dare take much pics there as our tour guide in HK warned us abt thief cases and advice us nt to flaunt our wealths. they also warned us abt china's fake notes. its really quite serious there as every shop tat we went and when we paid for our stuffs, they will check the notes by pulling it with both hands and den seeing them thru the lights. after seeing tat, i also followed their action. lol. everytime i get back the change from them. an eye for an eye. haha.

after shopping for the whole nite, we took the last train back to hotel! phew! i tot the MTR service ends at 11:40pm, but i saw wrongly, its suppose to be 11:40pm close station, but the service ends at 11pm. luckily we were on time for the last train. haha. coz when we alighted the train, the station was announcing tat "前往罗湖的最后一班列车已经离站." lol.

the next day, 3rd day, we took a plane at shenzhen airport and flew to paris!
nice eiffel tower! its so cold there! haha. look at the mist~

was just kidding!haha for those who know abt a very famous tourist spot in shenzhen, actually we went to Window Of The World, 世界之窗. the misty effect of the eiffel tower was because of the condensation of the lens of my camera!haha.

Window of the world features many of the world's famous buildings and venues~
Paris Eiffel tower, angkor wat, Fuji mountain, Syndey Opera house, Pisa Tilted Tower, Pyramid, Rome Battle Ground, Negara Fall, Holland windmills and many more places tat i dun know their names o.O
The last attration at this Window of the world was this snow city or Alps Centre or watever they call it. There was a snow cravings exhibiton and there is a gigantic snow slide, snow skiing slide and ice-blading place inside! wow its like im at korea or some snowing countries.
Look at the gigantic slide! u can snow-skii or simply slide down using a life-buoy provided there.
me, just slide down. haha. the slide may seem tall but its not scary at all! its simple thrilling and cooling! all the cold wind hitting onto my face.
when queueing for the slide, the place was so cold arh. my ears, leg, hand are all suffering from mini frost-bites and they are all numb and red liao. at tat moment i tot my ears are gonna fall off. ~_~ perhaps it would be better if i didnt just have a xtra jacket and a boot rented from them. the family from our tour grp couldnt stand the cold and left in less than 5mins ~_~
at nite we went to 小人国. its not as fun as in Window of the world arh! in 小人国, the things there are all miniature version of mostly china ancient buildings. abit boring as compared to WOTW which has buildings replica all ard the world!

but one interesting thing to mention is this silhouette cutting of me by a master.
he can cut silhouette of people simply by looking at ppl's side view within 10secs!
many, or almost 90% of the cuts look so alike lor! there was WOWs WOWs all ard the master when hes cutting the silhouettes. but for my case, many ppl say my silhouette doesnt look like me ehh. wat do u think o.O? but rmb all tis were cut within 10secs eh, all the spikes in my hair bla bla. lol.
Day 4, we took the similar train back to HK in the morning and arrived in HK for a late breakast at a 茶餐厅 nearby our restaurant. i must say we've chosen the right shop! the egg tarts there are so niceeeee! fragant, the egg puddings are soft and aromatic and the crisps are so butterish and crispy!!! the milk tea is nt bad also, 够浓! we also tried their wanton mee, they dun have dried wanton mee there! funny. the tour guide told us that, in HK, all the wanton have at least 1 fully-bodied prawn in them. if theres no prawn, u can call the boss out for a talk. lol. its true, all the wantons we ate had a generous supply of prawns in them. but we got too sick of them as there were too many prawns in the wantons la! in the end we donated it to my bro who ate a bowl of 出前一丁.
disneyland!!

after the meal. the long awaited trip. after much struggle and discussion. i've decided to take MTR all by myself to meet yubin at disneyland and suggested my family to go tsim sha shui to shop. It was only after yb confirmed that her tour guide can buy a ticket for me as she arrived at disneyland at the morning. and also after i've confirmed tat im pretty sure of how to arrive at disneyland thru the MTR system in HK o.O. It was still a very daring move lor! its my first time in HK and i've nv taken HK's MTR and all the planning was only thru map indications.
So the key point now is to know the way there and of course, i will still be alone when i travel back, therefore i needa know the exact way back to my hotel too!
So, me and my family walked from our hotel to the nearby MTR station which is the prince station, its only abt a 5mins walk from my hotel. i rmbed the turns to take and landmark, which is a sports complex and a 7-11 outlet. lol!
after i've confirmed tat i will be able to find my way home at night. we all went to the station and we purchased our tickets, it cost 18HKD, which is abt 3SGD+ for a one-way trip to disneyland, one of the cheapest mode i guess alrdy. o.O considering disneyland is at another island. and my parents bought their tickets to tsim sha shui. my parents still abit worried, accompanied me to the line tat im suppose to take. the prince station is like cityhall MRT in SG arh. there are different levels in the station and there are abt 4lines which leads to different places.
my parents left only when i boarded the train. i gave them a goodbye and im off to disneyland!

it was so thrilling arh! all alone in HK's MTR. i listened to my itouch and tried to enjoy the views from the ride. at the same time, i have to keep track at the station map in the train so tat im on the correct direction and tat i dun miss the stops o.o luckily the trains are nt tat crowded. or i would've panicked! it was quite a pleasant ride! the MTR system in HK is so well-planned i guess. i didnt have any problems gettings ard in it.

From Prince Edward Station, I had to travel to Lai King Station thru the Red Line and then take the Orange Line to Sunny Bay Station and then transfer to the direct train to Disneyland!

Finally! after much 波折. Ive arrived at disneyland at ard 1pm!
me n yb arranged to meet at the check bag area at the entrance area. It was so amazing to see a friend at another country and especially, a magical theme park, disneyland! Its just like im on a overseas trip with friends. Miss the penang trip tat i had in my secondary school days ~_~.

We were very lucky! The minute we went into the USA theme area in the park, the staffs there and ppl were starting to gather ard the main streets. Its the LET IT SNOW PARADE! haha. so nice timing. SEe the crowds gathering.

Love winnie the pooh. the Chipmunks are the cuttest! we could only find them at the night at the USA streets area. They are so high arh! It makes a different in which wat type of person is under the doll suit. Or maybe because the chip munks have companion therefore they are more high, as wat yb said. They are simply so cute lor. so many pose and when u wanna take picture with them, they will even tease u by pretending nt talk among themselves and dun wanna take pic with u. it happened to me. they were holding hands and i slapped their hands. lol! they pretended to be in pain. so cute lor. hahahaa. green chipmunk is more cute :X
many many rides there! too bad we cant take them as one of the rides tat we took cost us 60mins of waiting time! its like a Go Kart ride but the track are kinda fixed and at most u can only accelerate and stop. Magical cup merry-go-rounds and a 3D show was all nice~~

The Finale the FIREWORKS!!
This is so 难得 lor! We actually werent able to catch the fire works as yb's tour group initially set the meeting time to be at 8pm+. The fire works were delayed to 9pm as disneyland is closing at 11pm today due to xmas eve. therefore yb had to leave initially.
I was left with no choice and i wanted to do some shopping, therefore yb left the park and i went back to park alone!(its a whole day ticket we bought. they give u a invisible chop on the hand when u exit the park and use a UV ray torch to shine on ur hand to check for the chop when u re-enter. nice :)) i was shopping alone in disneyland and it was 8:45pm. i was thinking of watching the fireworks alone as it was only 15mins away and it would be a pity. Just then, yb called me and she said she can come back for the fireworks as they extended their meeting time to 9pm+ for the show. so nice arh! we arranged to meet at the christmas tree. and we waited for the fire works at the USA streets there.
BOMB! nice nice. it was splendid, with all the disney songs~ the lightings and ppl all ard. + the cold weather, the atmosphere was really nice arh. the only bad thing was tat we couldnt get closer to the fireworks as yb had to rush off later.

CYA NEVER AGAIN I GUESS DISNEYLAND. Guess i wont be gng back to HK's disneyland in my life time? Nt because its no good. But guess such trips are a once in a lifetime thingy.

On my way back, it was alrdy 10pm+ coz the MTR ride back to Prince station was abt 30-40mins. I shopped for some HK mags and food at 7-11 and at night, all alone, i walked back to my hotel, it was so nice to walk alone in HK street at night!

finding my way back to hotel was chicken-feet. thanks to my good planning in the morning. haha. listened to my itouch as i went back to my hotel. nice!!

so cute, there are 2 sacs of sesame oils found inside to my surprise. hah. look!
There goes my 4th day in HK. THe last day, 25th Dec was spent doing some last minute shopping ard my hotel.

Our flight was at 4pm and we shop for more disney stuffs and also other stuffs at HK airport and boarded the plane and said BYE BYE TO HK!!

Cya HK !! I hope tat the next time i visit HK, it would be a free-n-easy tour with my friends. I have complete confidence in organising a get-around trip in HK, minus the communication part coz i dunno cantonese! all the communication job are done by my dad. but i know how to travel to the shopping areas in HK and from HK to shenzhen too!

Lastly, yes, i will visit HK again!!!
