POP! IT ENDS TONIGHTS!!
yay!
before long i was still typing my blog at midnight 11 April 2007 and whining about enlisting the next day and stuffs.
AND! it seems like just yesterday that tat happened and i've already POPed(passing-out-paraded)
the preparation for the POP day on 13 June 2007 was hard and crappy. but ytd we put up a really great show. you could feel that everyone beside u marching was automatically inlined(it just comes naturally on the actual day so heck the rehearsals next time!). i still rmb sergent salman shouting to us, "IT WAS DAMN FU*KING NICE WHEN I SEE IT FROM UPSTAIRS I SWEAR" lol!
it was really touching la my goosebumps are all up when we marched into the parade square and after all the @#$%^&* training of SOC, field camp, IPPT, SIT test, live range, 24km route march and stuffs, we've finally pulled thru, cougar, platoon 4 with no fall out! lol.
12 June 2007 night was our last night and i guess section 2 had a lot of fun with the portable speaker that i brought in and the cup noodles and rations. section 2 enjoys eating :X haha.we ordered pizzas(dun be mistaken tat they deliver to tekong we collected it from SFT(singaporeferryterminal)) , sat down and chatted with sergent joshua, which is like once in a blue moon.haha. we had a late night despite lites off at 2230, we slept at 1am+. joined wenhan and keelee's bed and me weehoe,wenhan,keelee had a night of crap talks. it was really a nice way to end our night. the next morn we woke up and clean and clean the bunk and the stupid corridor(im the corridor IC -_-, kenna 20 pushups for the dirty drains.)like hell before we pack all our stuffs rdy and head for POPing. our last lunch at the cookhouse was exactly the same as wat we had for the enlistment day! nasi lemak, soggy fish nugget, lousy fish cake.(taste sucks) + mango!
anyway it was really super nice to be with section 2 or my bunkmates! we would always form our circle of trust, circle of love, circle of unity or watever its called to deter our common enemy, BRISTLEBACK! yoohoo! had a wonderful 2 mths with those guys COUGAR/PLATOON 4/SECTION 2, good luck for command schs and our future units!
